Our Charitable Partners

Nicole was profoundly moved by the missions of The Milestone Transitional Living Program and The Painted Chair when she learned about them at the 2024 Salt Lake Parade of Homes. In our area, approximately 90 youth face homelessness at any given time, struggling each night to find stable housing. The Milestone Program supports individuals aged 18-21 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including those who have recently aged out of foster care. This program provides stable housing, regular counseling, and assistance with employment, education, and life skills, aiming for these young adults to achieve independence by the end of the 18-month program. It boasts an impressive 83% success rate.

While The Milestone Program receives funding from Salt Lake County and government grants, it also relies on charitable donations for additional support. The Painted Chair, a 503(b) organization, partners with The Milestone Program to furnish homes and apartments for its residents and assists graduates in furnishing their own homes as they transition out of the program.

Nicole is dedicated to supporting homeless youth and volunteers her time to both organizations. She also contributes a portion of her commission from each real estate closing to their cause. When you work with Nicole, you are not only benefiting from her expertise but also helping to make a impact in preventing youth homelessness.
